MTB Duathlon DZIERZGOŃ

A town in the Pomeranian Voivodship, in the poviat of Sztum.

It is located in the historical land of Upper Prussia. 

Dzierzgoń invites you to the first edition of the series

of 2-4-8 triathlon.

34 km from Elbląg

80 km from Gdansk

82 km from Grudziądz

106 km from Olsztyn

There will be different distances for

children and adults.

There will be a individual and also a team entries.

Duathlon is a sport which includes running, cycling and

at the end running to the finish line.

Prizes

If you:    

• want to start in our duathlon;    

• had nothing to do with duathlon before, nor did you have trained competitively any sport;

• want to be exempt from the entry fee;    

• want to be coached by a qualified coach;

• want to share your story to encourage others;

• will share your progress in training on an ongoing basis

The organizer of MTB Duathlon Dzierzgoń funded medals for each participant who will finish the race.

There will be also prices for places 1-3 in age categories.

The run will be held around the Castle Hill and through the park. The start of the run and the end of the second run will be located on the Castle Hill near the amphitheater.      

Duathlon Long Distance - first run 4 km, second run 4 km   Duathlon Half Distance - the first run 2 km, the second run 2km

DUATHLON LONG DISTANCE - 2 kilometers

                 -    number of laps - 2

DUATHLON HALF DISTANCE -  2 kilometers

                 -  number of laps - 1

Distances for kids will depend on age.

The cycling route will run from the Castle Hill towards Stanówko, through Stanowo. The route will have elements of an asphalt road, sand road and hardened forest road.

DUATHLON LONG DISTANCE  - 24 kilometers

                 -    number of laps - 2

DUATHLON HALF DISTANCE  -  12 kilometers

                 -  number of laps - 1
